How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. You can book a trial lesson through our online booking system, where you can choose the most suitable lesson type and time for your swimmer. Trial lessons allow us to assess ability, build confidence, and ensure the swimmer is placed in the most appropriate lesson moving forward. If you need any help, our team is always happy to guide you through the process.

We also provide personalised progression reports, giving clear feedback on ability, skills achieved, and next steps. Alongside regular assessment and certificate weeks, this ensures you can clearly see improvement and stay fully informed throughout your learner’s swimming journey.

What do I do if I know we will miss a lesson?

If you know in advance that you will miss a lesson, please inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to update our registers and, where possible, offer alternative options depending on availability. We will always do our best to support you and keep your swimmer progressing consistently.

What should we bring to our first lesson?

For your first lesson, swimmers should bring appropriate swimwear, and a towel. Goggles are also recommended to help swimmers feel more comfortable and confident in the water. Please ensure swimmers arrive on time and ready to begin their lesson, and inform us in advance of any medical conditions or additional support needs.
